Our spiral notebooks are 6" x 8" in size and include 120 pages which are lined on both sides. The artwork is printed on the front cover which is made of thick paper stock, and the back cover is medium gray in color. The inside of the back cover includes a pocket for storing extra paper and pens.

Painted for the cover of Michael's second book, Hope for the Human Spirit, this painting is all about seeing all the possibilities in life. Bask in the light of hope, focus on the good in things not the negative and with that hope you can find the way through whatever you are going through. No matter what, we are not alone, even when it feels like it. Hope, dream, believe.
After battling heart problems for over 10 years, in 2003 Michael's heart had finally worn out. It progressively slowed, then stopped, his breathing with it. Several minutes passed as those who loved him took in what they had just witnessed, and said their final prayers and goodbyes. Then he inexplicably took in a deep breath, and his heart began to beat again. The same thing happened again precisely 40 hours later. In each instance Michael had an extensive after-death experience and the accounts gave him full conviction of his purpose in life and a determination to live.
